CAPITAL CAMPAIGN
This limited edition book supported fundraising for a $100 million capital campaign targeting high-net-worth donors. It was printed on a Xerox iGen digital press which at the time offered the largest sheet sheet size available in order to could accommodate large foldout maps of the park. The campaign highlighted specific areas throughout the park that needed to be revitalized with a combination of historical photos and renderings of the proposed projects. The campaign was successfully closed out at the height of the Great Recession having raised approximately $120 million.
