COMPANY POSITIONING AND PRODUCT REBRANDING
Since 2013, physical security software company braXos has been connecting the data systems that deliver integrated holistic security experiences to global enterprises of all sizes. Whether in commercial real estate, residential buildings, educational or hospitality complexes, or healthcare settings, braXos software connectors harmonize the datasources that authorize access permissions and the devices that enable physical access. They came to us to reframe their positioning and go-to-market communication strategy, implement a visual identity for a new product nomenclature, build collateral design systems and a new website. We conducted discovery interviews with clients and senior leadership, leading to a new narrative supporting the value proposition of “harmonized physical access systems.” Working with their head of product marketing, we audited their CRM systems and tools for client and prospect engagement, made recommendations for ongoing digital marketing execution and secured resources for customer data validation and cleaning. Our challenge was a three-month sprint to deliver a fully realized and cohesive positioning and design implementation for a major product launch to coincide with their two most critical global industry conferences. We continue to consult on their partner engagement strategy, prospect identification, lead generation and content creation, the design of sales collateral and ongoing updates to their website..
