In Phase 1 or our engagement, we developed a new brand narrative for FaderFocus and a go-to-market strategy to establish the firm as a strategy consultant. In Phase 2, we developed a new visual identity that signaled an evolution to a more dynamic value proposition for the firm as a catalyst for transformational change. We applied the new visual identity to a website design that accommodated examples of thought leadership in the firm’s unique perspective on contextual intelligence can lead to transformation change, improved innovation outcomes and more successful problem solving.
